The HN series is now designed and built entirely at our Rivoli (TO) facilities, combining the original NLH engineering expertise with SAVIO’s quality standards since 1945. THE ALUMINIUM IMPELLER ADVANTAGE:
The aluminium alloy impeller delivers reduced inertia compared to traditional steel impellers. The practical result: low starting torque, fast start-up, less motor stress at each start cycle and reduced energy consumption. A decisive advantage in applications with frequent start-ups — such as bag filters, intermittent pneumatic conveying and air slides in cement plants.
FLUID:
Suitable for clean or slightly dusty air, technical gases and fluids compatible with aluminium. Up to standard operating temperatures; special stainless steel executions are available for high-temperature or chemically aggressive fluids. Guaranteed operation down to zero flow, without surge phenomena.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS — CEMENT PLANTS:
In cement plants, where dozens of process points require high-pressure air at medium flow rates, the HN series is the standardised, ready-to-ship solution: air slides (for raw meal and finished cement conveying), dense-phase pneumatic conveying (raw meal, clinker, cement between silos and mills), kiln burner primary air, bag filter pulse-jet cleaning air, and HVAC for technical rooms.
